Heute morgen beim Frühstück haben wir eine Liste mit all den Sachen gemacht, die wir heute eigentlich erledigen müssten. Wohnzimmer wischen, Klos putzen, Arbeitszimmer aufräumen, Post erledigen, ein letztes Weihnachtsgeschenk verschicken, einkaufen, zur Post, Holzplatte über der Werkzeugbank anbringen, Gästebett beziehen, Wäsche verräumen und und und.

Und dann haben wir rausgeguckt und festgestellt, dass seit fast zwei Wochen das erste Mal die Sonne scheint. Da haben wir gepflegt alles stehen und liegen gelassen, den Staubsaugerroboter angemacht und sind am See langspaziert. Solche Tage muss man schließlich genießen.

(Jetzt brauch ich bitte noch einen Wischroboter, einen Aufräumroboter, einen Kloputzroboter und einen Müllrausbringroboter!)

This morning while having breakfast, Karsten and me wrote a long to-do-list with all the chores and tasks that would need to be attend to today. Clean the living room, clean the toilets, tidy up the guest room, go through all the mail and the bills (and possibly pay them), send one last christmas parcel, do the weekend shopping, go to the post office, mount a wooden plate above the work bench, make the guest bed ready, sort the laundry away and and and.

And then we looked outside and noticed that it was the first time since almost two weekds that the sun was shining. So we postponed everything, switched on the vacuum robot and strolled along the lakeside. You got to cherish days like this, really.

(Now I just need a mop-robot, a tidy-up-robot, a toilet-cleaning robot and a taking-the-trash-outside-robot!)
