der Osterhase / Easter bunny

(English version follows below)

Our life is, as announced, lively and colorful these days and therefore it is quiet on the blog. Besides, we happen to continue our marathon of sicknesses – for a few days we thought that the season is over, but no, haha, what were we thinking? By now, a stomach bug and several nasty colds are having a party here. Slowly, we are learning to deal with it rather stoically.

Apart from that, we are well. The days are filled with walks, birthdays and sweets, we are doing trips to Flensburg and to the beach, and everyone is busy working in the garden (I’ll write more about the garden later).

And one morning, all of us were looking out of the window and got excited as the Easter bunny was hopping around, checking our garden out for good hiding places. So far, he hasn’t left any chocolate eggs, but we are sure he’ll be back next weekend!

About erdhummel

Familial entropy - that's an insight into our current life which has been fundamentally changed last summer when our daughter was born. Having studied in Cottbus, Germany, and worked/studied in Edinburgh, Scotland, we momentarily live in a small town in Switzerland where Karsten is trying to save the environment and Freddie is trying to save our sanity. Since there is not much time for elaborate, long emails while doing that, we thought a blog might be a good option to smuggle ourselves into the lifes of our friends.
