zurück / back

(English version follows below)

Good morning, good morning, dear friends. We are back! After two and a half weeks of autumn holidays and a big family celebration we finally arrived back home and are ready for our daily routine again.

Meaning that the hobbit could finally sleep until seven this morning, without his common holiday fear to be missing out on something. Because during the holidays, he started almost every day at 6am.

Our suitcases are waiting to be unpacked, pictures are waiting to be copied and edited, and oh yes, I should probably get rid of the cobwebs between our doorframes. Outside, the trees are glowing in red, orange and yellow. It has been such a beautiful autumn this year!

Our holiday report will follow soon – see you then!

About erdhummel

Familial entropy - that's an insight into our current life which has been fundamentally changed last summer when our daughter was born. Having studied in Cottbus, Germany, and worked/studied in Edinburgh, Scotland, we momentarily live in a small town in Switzerland where Karsten is trying to save the environment and Freddie is trying to save our sanity. Since there is not much time for elaborate, long emails while doing that, we thought a blog might be a good option to smuggle ourselves into the lifes of our friends.
