Ganz ehrlich, die ganze Datenschutzsache nervt. Und geht doch total nach hinten los. Es gibt ja kaum eine Webseite mehr, auf der man nicht mit Cookie- und Datenschutzbannern zugeballert wird. Überall, wohin man schaut. Hand auf’s Herz, die liest sich doch eh keiner durch. Geht doch gar nicht. Woher soll ich denn die Zeit nehmen, auf einmal jede Internetseite auf Herz und Nieren zu prüfen? Das Einzige, was gerade passiert, ist, dass alle Internetnutzer ihr Einverständnis zur Datenverarbeitung geben (was dann auch schön gespeichert wird). An der Datenverarbeitung selber hat sich doch nicht groß was geändert. Sprich, das hat überhaupt nichts mit Schutz zu tun, sondern schlichtweg mit rechtlicher Absicherung der Anbieter. Irgendwie ein Schuss in den Ofen, oder?

*************************************************************************************Seriously, this whole hustle about the new privacy law is becoming more and more annoying. Wherever you go, you are constantly facing cookie banners and privacy declarations which you have to confirm. Who the hell has time to read all of it?

The only thing that is happening now is that millions of users give their agreement for cookies and data to be used (which is then, of course, saved). Nothing has changed regarding the actual use of data, has it? So, basically it’s not at all about the protection of data, but simply about the legal coverage of the providers. Seems to me like a waste of effort.
