this moment

A single photo capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment to pause, savor and remember. Inspired by SouleMama.

Note: It is extremly difficult at the moment to take a picture of the little one that is not blurry. On this one she is drinking her evening milk bottle – a ritual which is supposed to calm her down but somehow she never manages to sit still, not even for a second. The minutes before she is supposed to go to bed are among the most active of the whole day…

About erdhummel

Familial entropy - that's an insight into our current life which has been fundamentally changed last summer when our daughter was born. Having studied in Cottbus, Germany, and worked/studied in Edinburgh, Scotland, we momentarily live in a small town in Switzerland where Karsten is trying to save the environment and Freddie is trying to save our sanity. Since there is not much time for elaborate, long emails while doing that, we thought a blog might be a good option to smuggle ourselves into the lifes of our friends.

  1. We called bottles and meals in boxes (oh how they love boxes!) Box Seats for Dinner Theatre.

    I had visitors this morning.

It’s always amazin to see the different environments people live in – we’ll never have turkeys as visitors (I don’t think there are wild turkeys in Switzerland to be honest).

Oh how we LOVE a good box here as well. 🙂 And yes to blurry pictures. So many here as well. Have a wonderful week-end!

The box has been in our living room for months now 🙂 Have a wonderful weekend too!!
Ps: I just saw that your son is about the same age as our daughter 🙂

You really cannot go wrong with a cardboard box!

Our moment comes from a quiet moment before the church service last Sunday.

    Have a wonderful weekend! xo
